USA Network Synopsis
Nikita befriends a long time Section operative, Terry, who fails her assignment
during a recent mission, and confides to Nikita that the reason was due to her
pregnancy. But when Terry, Michael and Nikita are assigned to capture a rogue
NSA agent, Terry betrays the mission in order to escape Section and have her
baby on the outside. Now, Nikita must choose between the Section or protecting
Terry and her baby.
My Synopsis
"Nikita's under surveillance, and naturally she musses it up by befriending a
pregnant operative." hehehe, the beginning of this was funny. The scenes with
Ops were funny too ('can we actually capture the terrorist this time?' lol!). But
the episode was so incredibly boring otherwise, and it could've been really interesting.
I would like to know what happens to Section babies (and Michael's comment about
Simone's pregnancy sent chills down my spine!), but of course TPTB don't really get
into that, choosing to focus more on Terry's multiple attempts to dig a deeper hole
for herself. *shakes head* Another episode with no Madeline, but the storyline
doesn't make up for it. This one falls short in my book of good episodes. Interesting
comment that Ops makes to Nikita at the beginning. She says he should give her the next
40 years off, and he says something like 'That might not work out,' which was not the
answer I was expecting (I was thinking more along the lines of 'When are you going to
learn that you'll never be free!'). Did he somehow know something about Mr. Jones or
any of the future storylines? Hmm...
