USA Network Synopsis
After Michael eludes Operations' first cancellation attempt, Operations
puts all missions on hold and sends out a team to kill him. Michael again
manages to escape certain death, but this time he returns to infiltrate
Section. Determined to find the files that possess the formula for deprogramming
Nikita, Michael is stunned to discover who Section's first test subject
was: Adrian, Section One's founder, whose effort to topple Operations
failed two years earlier. To gain leverage against Operations, Michael
kidnaps Adrian, but her help proves limited when Michael discovers her
mind is gone.
My Synopsis
"The adventures of robo-Nikita continue as a rogue Michael returns to
Section and kidnaps veggie Adrian." Robo-Nikita's health seems to be failing,
which is a bad thing. I wish she would've stayed robotic. :( So Michael
is actually kinda badass this time, but I still wish Birkoff wouldn't have
screwed up his capture. "Uh, no, that big person on the thermal readouts,
that's nobody." And Adrian is a vegetable--how funny! I'm surprised that
Madeline managed to talk Operations into keeping her around (since Maddy
was so against killing her at the end of "End Game"). Speaking of Maddy,
she seemed kind of dumb in this episode. I loved the scene when Ops starts
to reprimand robo-Nikita, and Madeline gives her this huge amount of praise.
Then she tells Ops that the program works on positive reinforcement, and he
needs to watch what he says. So what does he say to Maddy? "Whatever." LOL!
And perhaps the most poignant question of the season was posed in this
episode: What's on level 20? I want to know! It's clearance one, only
two people have voice access, and they are Operations and Madeline. It
looks like some virtual reality floor or something. What do they do there?
Any guesses? I want to know! Maybe they recreate some cute pre-LFN TR
moments. :) It deserves some fanfic written about it. Any volunteers?
Two pictures here to point out to you: in number 18, Ops and Maddy's
expressions are almost identical, it's funny! And in number 5, if the
ring on Maddy's finger doesn't look like a giant gold wedding band, I
don't know what does!! Could it be that, since she and Ops are done
trying to fool George, she's decided to don her 'regular' jewelry? Hmm...
