Here are some rather large images taken from the "Women of Valor" DVD. This movie was great! In it, Alberta plays Lieutenant Helen Prescott-Wyatt, an Army nurse during WWII. She and her fellow nurses are taken prisoner by the Japanese, and the movie shows their strength and courage during the difficult times. Helen went through A LOT, and you couldn't help but feel sorry for her. I also thought she was one of the funniest characters (as you can tell by the pictures). My favorite scene featured a Japanese soldier coming over to her and saying ohayou (pronounced like the US sate Ohio and is Japanese for "good morning"). She replies, "Cincinnati, I'm from Cincinnati!" LOL! Overall, it's a great film with a very famous cast. Both serious and humorous, it leaves you feeling proud to be a woman!
The pictures may look somewhat fuzzy in the thumbnails, but the originals are much clearer. A few of them are dark due to the lighting in the film.
