"Tart" was a pretty recent film, 2001, and Alberta looked great in it. Unfortunately, that's all I can say about this movie! It has received some really rotten reviews, all of which were deserved, but I didn't think it was as terrible or as boring as everyone else says (or as terrible and boring as some other Alberta films!). Alberta plays Lily Storm (which I had to read from the credits), the mother of the main character, a young girl named Cat who is the stupidest teenager I've seen in a while. "Oh, gee, I don't fit in, except with my delinquent friend, Delilah. I think I'll pine after some stoner guy who looks nice on the outside and, gee, if I drop my only friend and start using cocaine and drinking, they'll like me!" Listen, honey, I didn't fit in in high school either, but I certainly didn't degrade myself in the same manner as you! *shakes head* Cat, of course, learns a valuable lesson: her new stoner friends are absolute losers, and Delilah was the only one who cared about her. Too bad the film ended with Cat even more miserable than before, except for her renewed relationship with her mother. I won't ruin the ending for you, but I have to say it was pretty predictable. There were a few plot lines that weren't continued, such as the exact reason why all of her new friends ditched her, what was wrong with her brother, why she and her mother were enemies, and how she got to be so very very stupid. I suppose if you're really bored and want to add to your list of viewed Alberta movies, go pick this one up. She looks great in it, and she cries again :) But if you don't want to see another film about stupid teenagers and their life problems, skip it. These pictures show you all of Alberta's scenes, so you won't miss anything :)
The pictures may look somewhat fuzzy in the thumbnails, but the originals are much clearer. A few of them are dark due to the lighting in the film.
