Welcome to the gallery featuring pictures of Alberta Watson from "The Girl Next Door." I made these screenshots from the DVD version of the movie. In it, she plays Mary Bradley, the pregnant wife of a doctor who has an affair with the 18-year-old neighbor girl. Then the girl ends up dead, and the police are certain that the girl's "boyfriend" (namely, the doctor) is the killer. Of course, we know that he isn't, but we also don't get a chance to guess whodunit because the writer pretty much made sure you had no clue. *shrugs* I liked it, but it wasn't my favorite. It's an "erotic thriller" according to the genre classification. Alberta's not in it much, and I have shots from each of her scenes.
The pictures may look somewhat fuzzy in the thumbnails, but the originals are much clearer. Some of them are really dark, but I swear half the movie was filmed without any lighting.
