"Thank you, Quinn."
"Madeline..." she began, leaning forward in secrecy. "How well do you know Operations?"
"Why do you ask?"
"Is he, uh...seeing anyone?"
"Seeing anyone?"
"Yeah, you know...socially... I know he wears a wedding ring, but I've never seen a wife." Nervously averting her gaze, she looked at Madeline's hands and notice a beautiful diamond ring on one of her fingers. Something clicked, and she straightened. "Oh... oh, I see. I--" She turned abruptly and bolted out of the room.
Madeline looked at her hand and sighed. "I hate that woman."
